hello,thanks for helping us out with this forum.Please can somebody help me out with the guitar chords(progression) and guitar style for playing when the spirit of the Lord is on my heart by fred hammond.It has been a puzzle for me.Thanks a lot.please you can also send the chords and the explanation on the technique to my email oluwasola.atanda@zenithbank.com.God bless you all

hey TS do a search,think it's been posted,in Am it's like Am Em,Am (repeat) bridge is Dm G C F Dm G Am repeat  just off top of my head from memory.

see if you can find Salvador's version on u-tube,has like a spanish/flamico guitar that I liked bette than Fred's hope it helps

Try an E7 in place of E min.  I almost always play minor 7ths instaed of straight minor chords but either way would be fine.  So I would play it like this:

A min 7 - E7 - A min 7.

i prefer the sound of m7 chords as well...unless the song needs a stronger minor sound. i actually grew to appreciate the traditional minor chord much more over the last couple of years.

I like the V chord sound better with a dom7 chord, too :)
