It was on gospelflava that he passed 1/31.  If that's so, prayers to his family, friends, and Youthful Praise.

He co-directed Youthful Praise with J.J. Hairston, and left to pastor after their second album.  He also had a group called the Key of David.  He wrote "Awesome God" among others.

Yeah he came to our church a few years ago. One of the members who left our church and was a close friend of his stated that he had died. I was absolutely suprised!

Okay, yeah.  I saw a post from JJ Hairston about it on twitter yesterday.  So sorry to hear that, praying for his family.
