A jazzy rendition of a very popular song

+1. Especially if you have someone with good soloing skills that you can play behind.

The song you choose may depend on your audience. A song that came to mind was Whitney's "I Look To You".

You also might listen to whatever radio station those students listen to for some ideas.

Whitney's song is actually pretty easy, relatively speaking.

Why can't u play a gospel song that catches the crowd's attention? I'm sure if u tried some Kirk Franklin or Mary Mary stuff at least most of the crowd would know those songs.

2 keyboard players(advanced) bass guitar(myself, advanced) and then drummer(super advanced lol, dude is a MONSTER!)

We actually thought about God in Me, since the radio plays it a lot....we'll see though, im still sketching out ideas.
