« on: April 05, 2010, 09:49:44 PM »
I cant find the chords for "Blessed be the name of the LOrd"! Not the new one but the one were the course goes  like "Blessed be the name, blessed be the name blessed be the name of the Lord..." The one you can find in the old song books.

Thanks

Just to let you know, you're asking about the James Hall song.  ;) ;)

That's the chorus of BLESSED BE THE NAME, by Ralph E. Hudson - #299 in the African American Heritage Hymnal - (in Ab, but these chords are in the easier key of G) --

G                                C                     G        G                                         D7
Blessed be the Name, Blessed be the Name, Blessed be the Name of the Lord,
G                                C                     G        G                               D7      G
Blessed be the Name, Blessed be the Name, Blessed be the Name of the Lord.
