If it's relatively fast, it's fast food. :D

If there are no waiters, it's fast food.

If there are more than two cash registers in the same vicinity, it's fast food.

If it starts with Mickey, Taco, or Burger and ends with D's, Bell, or King, it's fast food. ;D

I got a question: What consitutes a restaurant as being a fast food restaurant?

Good question.  Because I was wondering when Applebee's, Fridays, IHOP and Sizzler became fast food.

Rallys = Checkers.  Their bags and cups say both.  They were originally separate companies.  Merged in like '99 or so.  Then the Rally's stores started rebranding to look like Checkers.  It isn't so much geographic.  It depends on where the restaurants were before the merger.  We have Checkers in NC, Rally's in VA, and Checkers in Maryland.  Okay, restaurant history class is over.  smh

...and Bojangles ftw over Popeyes!!!

IRT your first sentence, yeah I think we all know that... we just did what LGMers do, and got sidetracked and ended up talking about something else.  :P

IRT your second sentence, yeah I think we all know that too. LOL! Nah j/k. But B_X did straighten that out on like page 2 or 3.  :D :D :D

Bojangles has better side items than Popeyes.  The biscuits are a toss up, but bojangles biscuits are bigger.

This thread has really operated like "the devil" because Lord knows I've been working since last year to cut down fast food eating (and done a significantly good job even though I have times when I fail). I don't go to KFC often and really no restaurants, specifically fast food as often.

I prefer El Pollo Loco. I absolutely hate KFC... I havent eaten there in at least a year. Popeyes is good, but I like Churchs better... I guess its a Bay Area thing. LOL.

Pollo Loco is like having a barbecue.  They roast the chicken on a gril right there behind the counter.  Seasoning is on point... just good, and healthier than fried chicken.  They also make chicken tacos, burritos, rice bowls.  Their barbecue chicken ceasar bowl was outrageously good.  Prices are high, so that thing almost sent me to the poor house, lol.  They also had a tortilla soup that was addictive... Let me stop before I fall of this wagon...

Make sure the first Bojangles you try is in North Carolina.  They aren't quite the same outside of the home state.  There's one up the road from my house that is having all-you-can-eat night tonight.  I had to pray for strength on the way home.

Yeah, I gave up fast food like a year ago and cut way back on fried foods since around February.  I have to pray my way past Bojangles and Cookout when I go home though.
