I like the 'ol school Churchwreckers  like "Work it out", "Old Landmark" and "I can go to God in prayer".
Also a wide variety of music like Classical, jazz, blues - but they don't usually lift me like Gospel.

Oddly enough, I found a version of "Are you ready for a Miracle" (on the EVAN ALMIGHTY soundtrack) by Leann Rimes. Thought she was a Country artist.... ?/?

My list would take up several pages. These songs are guaranteed to make me SOL (Sing Out Loud)

Rappers Delight by The Sugarhill Gang (Always seems to come on the radio at the perfect time)
Risin to the Top by Keni Burke 
Love and Happiness by Al Green (The raggedy shoe stompin the 5 count intro = PRICELESS)
Optimistic by The Sounds of Blackness (Whoever played Key Bass on this song needs to have the snot slapped out of them for going bananas in the vamp!)
P.Y.T. by Michael Jackson
Square Biz by Teena Marie (The music alone....)
Brazillian Rhyme, September, Serpentine Fire, Shinning Star, Running, Fantasy by Earth Wind and Fire (I love EWF)

Speaking of Israel, that reminds me of a song that I forgot in my original post... "Solitude" by Israel Houghton (thanks gtrdave!  ^_^)

Also, "Sing A Song" by EWF is a very good "pick me up" song.
