If I were you I would ask ddw4e or B3WannaBe. I'm sure there are some others who are pros on the organ but I know these two.  Also, check out the organ board and lesson board for tips to help you out.  :D

Hope this helps you.

For the COGIC style it is usually about having chord space within the music, and in alot of cases they use full sounding chords. The best advice I can give you is for your chord playing trying to keep the chords you play spare within the music and having good placement for the chords that you play. Like not filling up most of the song with 100s of chord. Most cases the best way to play a song is with the least amount chords as possible. But here I'll leave you with a few chords that I use.

LH/RH

EGABC/DFGAC

CEF#/A#DF#A (C13 FLAT 5 SHARP 11)

DFGA/CEGB

Try these chords out, let me know if this helps. Remember it is about where you play the chord and about being spare in you playing.

Thanks for the video links.  I like the way you called out the numbers of the progressions.  We're singing Thank you Lord on Sunday morning as a prayer song.   Now I'll be able to change it up.

I have .wav files of me playing on Sunday morning.  What would be the easiest way for me to convert that to MP3?
