Tracks not from Daywind, Ntimemusic, or iTunes
« on: August 15, 2010, 06:49:58 PM »
What other sites can I get tracks from?  Based on a pass experience finding tracks I figured finding certain songs wouldn't be too hard.  Man was I wrong!  Also, I didn't think they'd be as expensive as they were.  :(

If you can think of a site or if you make tracks, could you help me find the songs I need?

If you are desperate for drum loops or an accompianment track, maybe you could find a MIDI file on the Net and modify that, using Band-in-a-box or similar...what songs are you looking for?

"Ain't No Rock" - ??? (I'll know it when I hear it.)
"In This Place" - Joshua's Troop
"Look Up" - Tye Tribbett & GA
"Running Over" - Joe Pace (I found one version and I didn't like it.)
"Friend of God" - Israel & New Breed (I'm shocked nobody has this one)
"You Are Holy" - Motor City Mass Choir (The Lisa McClendon one is different than this one)
"I Love You Lord / We Exalt Thee" - ???  (There's a ballad version and a 'tropical' sounding faster version that sucks.  I want the non sucky ballad.  :D)
"Worship, Honor, and Glory" - Shekinah Glory Ministry or Darwin Hobbs (doesn't matter which versions)

I may be able to get you the 'Running Over' track as we use it for offering. It'll take me a couple of days as I don't think I have it on my home computer.

As for those other songs, you, probably, won't find them because they aren't popular (with the exception of 'Friend of God' which is on Israel's split trax CD which we also have, I believe) or they are too old.

And, at $9 a pop, I don't find that to be very expensive. *kanyeshrug*

Thanks.  :)

$9 for the CD may not be too bad, but $10 for an individual download (like at Daywind) is crazy. (Yet...most people only use one track anyway when they get the CD...but still...I think $10 for one song is crazy.)  Wow that sounded dumb.  Might buy 7 tracks on a CD, knowing that I'll only use one, for $9 but I won't buy an individual track for $10.  iTunes has spoiled me.  Lol.
