Joel Smith, old Hawkins recording.

One of my favorites songs, ever. This is Joel Smith doing his thing, on bass & drums & just killin. I was 18 when this song came out & it still sounds as good today as it did 28yr ago. Walter Hawkins was a genius & his nephew Joel is just a beast. Enjoy!!!

Yeah man, I know what you mean, I grew up around the same time.  This is the kind of music that made want to play bass in the first place.  Thanks.
