I've seen some pre-season highlights of Wall playing (sans Arenas), and it appears that this kid is the truth. I'm kinda pulling for Arenas to have a good year, but this pre-season seems to be marked with one form or another of drama for him. I hope he gets it together. This could be a special time for him. He's got a good compliment of young talent around him. I believe his role will be diminished this season, and I'm speculating, but it doesn't seem to rest well with him.
I think those two things are very much related.
From that ridiculous beard, to the faked injury, he isn't happy being the perceived #2.
Would he rather they just continued to stink?
