Question: Is this the last year of this current Celtics team competing for the title? Or do they have 1 more run?

And don't forget that there are rumors about Doc Rivers stepping down after this season. We'll see.

Also, should Miami change their head coach?

Also, would it surprised you if Phil Jackson either came back to Lakers again to try for a 4th title in a row (if Lakers win title this year) OR Jackson coming back 1-2 years later coaching a championship team?

Last night's Lakers-Suns game was the best game I've seen all season. I'm sad that Duncan is gonna be out for a while, but I think it's only like 3 games, so it shouldn't hurt that much. Of course, we do play Denver tonight, so we'll see how they manage. Duncan hasn't really been a dominating presence on the Spurs team this year. The Spurs specialize in spreading the points. Most games end with Ginobli having around 20 points, Parker having around 19, Hill having around 19, Bonner having around 16, and so forth.

As much as it pains me to say, the Lakers do look as determined as ever. I still think my Spurs can take them, though.

Ummm TJ, you may want to have an Apostolic prayer meeting for the Spurs because as surprising as this may sound, Lakers may still be able to take #1 seed even though most had said Spurs got it. Spurs got too many key injuries that could hurt them in the playoffs.

Right now I believe Lakers will get back to the Finals (unless Oklahoma City, Dallas or even Portland do some damage). The East? It's still up for grabs but I wouldn't be surprised to see Heat or Bulls in Finals. Celtics got too many chemistry issues and Magic just can't win. I think the trade was silly for both Orlando and Boston. I understood the logic of Orlando trade better than Boston.

And how about them Knicks? They finally win a game. Really think the coach may have to adopt to some defense stuff or is going to have to be replaced. Knicks have to play defense in order to go far in the playoffs.

That was a shock!! :o :o :o :o :o I just hope that Dan Gilbert, or whatever the owner of the Cavs is ,moves on and shut up about Bron Bron. He's hurting and so are the people of Cleveland because of Lebron's departure but it's time to move on.

The Sixers are within one win of making it to the playoffs, one year removed from being in the basement!  I think Doug Collins should be given serious consideration for coach of the year.

If Collins gets the award it wouldn't surprise me. I think it will be between Collins and the coach of the Bulls. Maybe they should share it....LOL!

Yeah, Thibadeau has done a fantastic job.   However, I believe the success of the Bulls is more attributed to the acquisition of Boozer than the coaching of Thibadeau.  Even so, he's done a great job.

And let me add one more thing: I think the Sixers could upset Celtics (especially if Shaq doesn't come in time for the playoffs) and give Heat a run for their money.

The coach from Chicago should get the "COY!"  I am impressed with the 76ers, but they won't do much damage this year in the playoffs

Yes way. I could see the Sixer's beating the Celtics because Nenad Kristic is as soft as tissue paper..Shaq is old as father time himself along with the big 3...Rondo isn't himself. If Rondo doesn't get right it could easily happen.

Tonight is the ONLY night I will probably EVER go for the Celtics. I hope they beat the Spurs because if Lakers can win, that will inch them closer to the #1 seed in the West! GLORY!!!

You know this is going to put a serious dent in our friendship don't you, Bennett?  >:(

I'm struggling watching my Spurs tonight. We have been in a terrible slump lately, and I'm afraid we're going to lose the #1 seed to the Lakers (the team I despise the most) with less than two weeks remaining in the regular season. That would SUCK.
