The Lakers/Mavs game is not over yet, but this game has finally convinced me that if the Lakers play good defense and are on their P's and Q's, they will win their 3rd title in a row! Chevonee, I'm with you now that Lakers will get back to the finals!!!

Jason Terry and Matt Barnes are both idiots for that fight. Terry pulled a real punkish move by pushing Blake and, while I could understand Barnes' anger, he took it way too far. Pushing Dallas' assistant coach was not necessary.

If Lakers and Mavs meet up in playoffs, I could see that series going 6-7 games! These are both legit teams!

Man that Lakers game was very intense but I'm standing by my pick of the Lakers winning it all. If Dirk would learn to lead and get a little nasty...they could maybe beat the Lakers but I think Dallas is a bit too soft. I hope they do meet again in the playoffs though because other than maybe the Thunder who can really give the Lakers a good test?

That little spat that happened between the Lakers and Mavs was just that...a little spat.

Portland really needs a healthy Brandon Roy and one more piece. Gerald Wallace and Lamarcus Aldridge are ballin but they can't do it alone.

Right! I was just thinking as I was reading some stuff.....if you're a Laker fan or supporter you've got to pray that you do not meet Miami in the Finals because that will be a VERY tough series, that could go 7 games. Miami has beat Lakers both times they've played each other this year. Against Bulls, I think they could win in 6 and maybe Celtics too (even though I don't see them getting to Finals).

I have said that the Lakers would never want to meet the Heatles in the finals. My hubby says that the Lakers are playing mind games with the Heat by letting them win a worthless regular season game. I don't agree. I believe that Lebron rubs Kobe the wrong way and that bad Kobe shows up whenever Lebron is around. Have you ever seen Kobe interviewed about Lebron? One lady asked him, "Kobe what's it like to chase Lebron as the best player in the league"? Are you kidding me!!

The Houston Rockets are leading the Spurs by 8 points, I think, at halftime. Wow! Lakers are getting closer and closer to that #1 seed. Lakers need to keep winning!

I saw that score and I was like man please. I don't think the Lakers really care what seed they get but they'll take #1 since the Spurs are handing it to them. LOL

IDC what anyone says, for the Celtics, this loss against Hawks proves to me yet again that the Perkins trade is one of the dumbest trades I've seen in a long time and probably the dumbest decision the Celtics have made since being in championship contention with the big 3.....SMH!

I agree 150 and a half percent!!! The sad thing about it is that Nenad Kristic is hurt now and will prolly be out for a while. I can't believe that people who are so smart can be so stupid. You can never assume anything. Danny Ainge said he did it because he knew that he couldn't re-sign Perk. But my point is that your time with the Big 3 is limited. If you have a change to win now....WIN NOW!

Exactly! Celtics are built to win now! This may be the last year this current Big 3 can contend with the rise of the Bulls, Heat and maybe Knicks.

Wow! Utah is playing pretty good against Lakers. Phil Jackson knew (based on a quote) that this game can be dangerous because there is so much unfamiliarity with this Jazz team.
