And, that's why you move to a larger market.  You get more merchandise revenues and box office revenues.  That translates into more money to "buy" a higher profile coach that players clamor to play for.  It means more money to pay signing bonuses for high-profile players that want to "bundle" their talents with other high profile players.  If you wanna make it work in this business, like any other business, you gotta be willing to make the tough decisions and stop whining!
