I just double using my toe and moving the rest of my foot left to right.

i guess i do use my heel and toe even tho my toe doesnt touch or i do that side to side thing im so authentic i can do any technique lord willing lol yeah heel toe

I use the heel toe techinque when I do doubles. I use a "walking, rocking-type of motion. It usually works well since I play without my shoe. Also it helps to have a small foot.
