C.S. excited cause he is getting off of work early!!! In fact he leaves at 45 minutes after the hour. Why is phbrown getting off of work early because he is closing on his FIRST HOUSE!!! Oh dang, i totally forgot to congratulate you on the house... LOL!! Congrats PHB, Mrs. PHB and PHBII! Really thrilled for you.

OAN, PHB's head is kinda bad today... first the license plate fail, now this. SMH. I guess he's just all worked up about his closing (which is totally understandable).
