Older M.O.M Does it Matter?

Do you think that it makes a difference if you have a M.O.M. that is in her 50's?

Do they play the latest songs?

Or more old stuff?

Our MOM is in her 60s (at least), and we never do any good songs. Its not always age though, some older MOMs do youthful and up to date songs.

One of the oldest members of our choir LOVES doing contemporary music, although sometimes she has a little trouble singing fancy syncopated rhythms.

I suppose that could be an issue for some older M.O.M.s; their technical skills might not be up-to-date for teaching progressive harmonies and rhythms.

A good leader doesn't have all the answers (or choose the best songs); a good leader is one who surrounds himself with a diverse group of talent to make up for what he doesn't know so he can give the best answers.
