Men and women cheat for different reasons.  For men intercourse is 80% physical and 20% emotional.  For women intercourse is 80% emotional and 20% physical. 

I believe that men (not all but most) need intimacy for sanity (For a lack of choice of words).  We don't have to be emotionally connected or everything doesn't have to be perfect for us to get it on.  Just lay with me, so I can clear my mind and deal with this mess again tomorrow.  If you want to see a man breakdown, all you have to do is take away three things: His money, His job and good lovin'.  As long as we have a job to go to everyday, some money coming in (even if we can't pay all our bills) and some good lovin, we will not complain.  Matter of fact give us some good lovin and a job and we will deal with not having any money.   

Now for women (not all, but most) it is pretty much emotional.  After dealing with work all day, then dealing with the kids (Even if they have a husband that helps), realizing that they are late on some payments (or one payment or just the fact they have bills to be paid) emotionally they are not in the mood for love.  They just want to cuddle because emotionally they are empty.  A woman can have a great day all day.  Matter of fact, that great day can be turning into a great night for us men.  Someone cuts them off on the way home, they come home and a fork is in the sink or they realized they forgot to do something, your great night just went out the window.  It is almost like, everything has to pann out perfectly (emotionally) for them to get in the mood.

A women can shut down shop for 4-5 weeks and don't feel a thing.  We can shut down shop for about 4-5 days and we are like madmen.  A man can walk in the door, kick the shoes off and jump on you.  If a women is pre-occupied, then you have to do some work before she goes with it (unless she is already feeling it) or wait until later.  If the woman comes home, jumps on you and you are pre-occupied, you pretty much just lost your chance.

For a free one, woman stop thinking you are too pretty....

(I gotta disagree that women can shut down shop for 4-5 weeks and not feel anything. Simply not true for all of us. Some, perhaps, but not all. )

Anyway, this morning, I was thinking about this thread. My friends (from the Rosewood story) experienced infidelity, and it just didn't make any sense to anyone, including the cheater. But yeah, folks are always gonna want MORE. Some will resist the temptation and some won't.

It is my believe that every single man on earth will be tempted by some woman who might be hot, and might not be hot. Maybe she's just more attentive. Maybe she's thicker or thinner. Maybe she smiles more. Maybe she's smarter. Cooks better. Has more sex appeal. Whiter teeth. Prettier skin. Dresses nicer. Bigger boobs. Fatter behind. Who knows? Every man will be tempted. Some will exercise self-control, and some will not. That's the only difference, imo.

I don't have the link but I saw something about his ex-wife being heavily considered to be the next pastor of the church. I have to wonder then if she would pastor both churches, merge the two churches or what. That should be interesting.
