How Important is it to be able to Deliver a Song?

I had someone to tell me that everyone is not designed to lead... And I am total aggreance with that.....
However, I think that the way one delivers a song matters more to me than anything...
There are some people that have such a beautiful tone yet they dont move me?
Does that make sense to anyone....?
I think that when you are able to deliver a song you are ministering?
Well I am throwing this out there and see what you thinking?

I think it's of highest importance to worship first, not perform or pose. Seeing as how worship is a condition of the heart and spirit, it's not something that can be easily gauged from looking at how someone moves. Worship is what God deserves. Performing is what man wants.
That said, if someone is a worshiper and they also feel comfortable as a performer, they shouldn't just stand there like a stone. Doing so can give the appearance of fear and that is not a spirit that we have been given.

Dave says it all, pretty much. When one engages with God in praise or worship, it manifests itself through delivery.

Some may be more talented than others...but I believe that with God's help people can develop into leaders/ministers

Amen. He's helping to turn this shy, introverted background player into a servant evangelist leader.
If He can do that to me, He can work it in ANYONE.
