For the record, I'm not down on Obama or the military or anyone else.  History has just proven that what the government says went down, ain't always what went down.  As we're seeing with the "clarifications" on the specifics of the raid.  I used to be gullible and just drink the kool-aid, but I learned a long time ago to ask questions.

Actually, I was only being partially facetious. I actually believe that there will still be unbelievers or "conspiracy theorists" who won't believe he's dead. Watch.

IMO IME YMMV I think the US only has their own self to blame for government skepticism. For one, they have knowingly lied to the citizens on multiple occasions. And when they do have information on happenings, it always seems to be conveniently just out of reach to the people. You'll just have to take our word for it. .................... Um, No. 

Personally, I don't doubt that dude is dead at all. However just look at the sequence of events.  We hunt for a guy "the face of terrorism" as they say" for nearly ten years, The find and kill they guy. Most people are like wow that is incredible news "where is he"........................... Oh we buried him quickly in accordance to islamic law.  I'm sorry, you did what with who now? That is some tough news to take at face value, for me at least.

I am indifferent about his demise, but I honestly don't think it was worth it.

A Texas school district says a teacher won't return to work after being accused of mocking an American-born Muslim student by asking if she was grieving because her "uncle" had died, a reference to Osama bin Laden.

How some are celebrating and others are crying. How some are saying hurtful things and how some don't care. I also saw a pilot on the news who refused to take off because of two middle eastern guys on the plane, even though they were cleared to fly.  They were delayed by like 9 hours getting to their destination.

We've already cleared the guys to fly (and you KNOW security is high right now) and you refuse to fly because there are Middle Eastern guys on the plane?

After my experience with that middle eastern woman the other day, I can now say that I understand the pilot's fear. Relying on someone being cleared just isn't enough to calm a paranoid or fearful mind.

I fly quite frequently, but I haven't flown since OBL's death. Next week, I'm flying. I have no comfort at all in airport security's clearance measures or any government agency's measures or anything like that. My only comfort is in knowing that I will not die until God says it's time for me to die... and if that's how He wants me to go out, then I have to accept whatever He allows. Until then, I'm focused on living each day like it's my last - as we all should anyway.

Mindful of the experience I had, I actually feel bad for that pilot.

Now the teacher - that was just dumb. And yeah PHB, that was a serious "OAN." Wow.
