The awkward moment when a thread becomes awkward.

The awkward moment when you witness a husband/wife arguing right in front of you as though you're not even there.

The awkward (and seemingly inevitable) moment when guys somehow introduce the subject of flatulence or feces into the conversation.

The awkward moment when you try to get into a vehicle that looks EXACTLY like yours, 'cept it ain't

The awkward moment when you're telling somebody that your dog won't bite them, then he lunges at them (for the record, wasn't me or my dog.  I don't tell people that, 'cause ya never know)

The awkward moment when the MoM says she wants all the men to remove their jackets for the song selection and you didn't iron your shirt

Awkward - While waiting on your husband to come back from the restroom (while chatting with someone) and then someone passes by, you both hear "Do you see that man coming out of the ladies room", as you turn you see its your husband exiting" who didn't take time to look at the girl/boy pictures stuck on the wall.

Awkward - when the Pastor announces that there will be small groups offered for men and women during the summer, and that the men will be discussing "sex"...

Awkward Moment when you find out you have a best friend that you knew nothing of.

Example:
Friend: "You're my best friend and I love you, I mean I AM your best friend right?!"
Other Person: *Blank Stare*   "Ummmm....... Can I call you back?!"

Then he picks right up where he left off as if nothing ever happened. Perhaps that wuz da Holy Go...*shrug*
