Are the colors (Blue and Red ) on the specific tones relate to the fingering positions for the left hand and right hand?

Yes it must be, and it's real cool experience more on the last page of each key where the left hand begins to hold several keys. How I practice them take the chords in the key C only and get the rest chromatically starting slow and gradually moving faster.

I forgot to mention that I do this up (to the right) and back down (to the left) until I'm comfortable with them and til I "get their sound down cold" ;D
