"We're aware that our vast age difference is extremely controversial," they said through their spokeswoman. "But we're very much in love and want to get the message out there that true love can be ageless."


I don't see how a 51yr old can fall in love with a 16yr old child.  How can they relate to each other?  What life experiences does she have?  How can they communicate on the same level?

Even a very mature 16yr old...is still a 16yr old.   :-\

When she's 25 he'll be 60.   :-\

She didn't think it through.  But then again she's a kid.  Kids generally don't think things through...or have life experiences as a point of reference to make good decisions.  That's what parents are for.

That's so funny. Just this morning on the way to work, I had an idea for a book on the subject of "Things I Wish I Knew in My 20s" - I had 3 categories: relationships, work/career, and money.

With all due respect to those who may be in this category, I think there is usually something wrong with a man who is in his 30s or older and dates someone in her teens. That's just not normal. I just had this conversation with my mom last night.

If I had to guess I would sat early to mid 30's and I would bet she's already been under the knife. I kind of feel bad for her. It doesn't seem like she's headed down a good road.  :-\

I'd guess Mid 20's.  That particular pic makes her look a bit older.  But yea, she looks like she's had work done and she married a man who is 4yrs older than her father.  Not good.

Well, in the AC video, she said that she was a virgin and that her parents gave permission for them to marry. I think her father spoke highly of the guy. :-\

who are we to judge ... even if they get a divorce in two years it is not our place to say so many negative things about something that could potentially be amazing and beautiful

Very true.  Generally as soon as they open their mouth and start talking you realize it's still a kid in that body.
