...calamity, gloom and doom.  These are reoccurring themes in the headline news of the world.  There was the whole debt debate drama which resulted in the downgrading of the US credit rating to AA+.  The stock market tumbled by 634 points.  There's a huge humanitarian crisis in Somalia.  The loss of 30 brave American soldiers - including 22 Seals - in Afghanistan, 45,000 Verizon workers on strike.  Riots in London......and then to top it off;

While i respect Kanye West as a human being created in the image of God, what he ultimately has to say is of no importance to me.

I wish teh media would stop this silliness of yelling about the US credit rating being down-graded. It was downgraded by ONE, i repeat, ONE of the THREE credit rating agencies. The media is making it sound like S&P is the only credit rating that matters. This is the same company that gave those MBS a triple AAA rating prior to the financial crisis.

I honestly cannot name a single song that you've ever done. No offense to you. I'm just not much of a hip-hop fan. That said, I absolutely LOVE you with your crazy self. To me, your greatest contribution to the world (albeit the world of comedy) was this video. It was just absolutely, positively, hilarious. I will never, ever, ever stop laughing at this. The criticism came from the article, therefore my comments would have been directed towards the world.  I know how to abase and to abound.  That's how I talk to world.
