A couple of things:

1. Knicks are done. #thatisall
2. We will have a new champion. #thatisall

Didn't see either game but from what I read Dallas played terrible and Knicks are just overmatched. Overall I still think Dallas should have tried to keep Chandler because he was one of the biggest reasons why they won it all last year.

When they let him go, I was scratching my head.

I don't think the Mavs really cared about repeating. I think they gutted their team in order to prepare to make another run next year.

If that is the case, as a fan of the game, I don't like that phlosophy. I believe in trying to maintain viability at all times, which means planning for the future BEFORE you win the championship.

And Bulls have another injury to deal with: Noah with the ankle. It just feels like it's not meant to be this season for Bulls.

Even if Bulls win this series against the 76ers (which is looking more and more questionable) there's no way they make it beyond the 2nd round (they'd face winner of Boston/Atlanta series).

Dallas about 90 seconds away from being swept in first round after winning title last year.

I wanted to slap Mark Cuban for sitting there acting surprised when his team lost, he knows he didn't give that team a fighting chance this year. I don't understand why he assumes that they are going to get Deron Williams and/or Dwight Howard.

This too

Btw, if 76ers end up winning series against Bulls there's no way this is a major major upset in light of the injuries the Bulls have endured. No way at all.

Now it's been assuumed that we'll have a Heat/Celtics Conference Finals. Makes sense to me right now (even though Indiana still may have something to say about that). We'll see...

Definitely gonna be a combo of either Indiana, Miami, or Boston in the Eastern finals. OKC vs San Antonio in the West.

The Knicks picked the PERFECT time to want to play competitive ball.  ::)
