Don't be humble about it. As hard of a time as these guys gave you, you better rub it in like lotion. I have some GIFs if you need to borrow them.

Oh yes! I'll take them!

*getting arrogant*   ;D

Who was the LGMer that consistently (even though I felt like changing many times) said that Miami was the team to beat this season? Who said that Miami was the favorite? Who predicted in the beginning of this postseason that Miami would win it all? Even though I changed amount of games in middle of series, who was the one that said Miami would win 3 straight and close out Miami in 5? Last but not least, who was the one that predicted Miami would win in a blowout!? And who is the LGMer who believes that OKC/Miami will be in a rematch next season and will be right!?

Here, Bennett...let me show you how it's done:

I think you make far too many predictions...lol

[churchy]My prediction...which I reserve the right to change, which I guess doesn't really make it a prediction but more-so a hope or a guess, is that Miami will win it in 5...No, 6...No, 7...Well, I don't really know.  So, I'll wait until one team is about to be eliminated, then I'll choose the team that's not the underdog....Unless it's game 7, then I'll wait to give my prediction until the last 2 minutes of the game.  If the game is tied, then I reserve the right to change my prediction at any time before the final buzzer...Unless it looks like they're going to overtime.  Then, I'll predict that they're going to overtime, and I'll wait to give my final prediction then...Which I will stick by...Unless I invoke my right to change my mind before the final buzzer.[/churchy]

I hope you're taking notes over there Mr. Analyst.   >:(

Dude still wipin'  life's Enfamil from his lips talkin' 'bout somebody's 'senior' anything... ::)

In all fairness, you made those predictions.  Then again, nobody else cared to make predictions.  Personally, I wanted Miami to win it all, but would have been equally happy if Philly won it.

LOL!!

Btw, SN: I wonder how Wade feels not being totally the center of attention with this title (in comparison to 2006). Knowing that it's all about titles in the NBA I'm pretty sure he doesn't care.

It was a beautiful thing, watching Lebron raise up that championship trophy. I was with this team from the day one of last yr. They actually should have won last yr, but They messed with my brotha Lebron so bad, it just got to him. They hated on him, they threatened his life, etc. They tried their best to break my brotha, but he just couldn't be broken, actually it made him & Miami stronger, they became a team. They just couldn't comprehend this young brotha making his own decisions, without getting white folks permission. Now he/they did exactly what they planned. It doesn't get any better, when you actually accomplish what you set out to do. Every black person that is a fan of basketball should have been supporting Lebron. Even if it was just supporting him on principle. I didn't have any reservations about telling people , why I was rooting for Miami & under normal circumstances I wouldn't care who won. I believe that OKC will one day get their ring, but it just wasn't in the plans this yr.

I LOVE Mike Miller! (no homo)

I just love the way he fights through the pain and gives his all.  He'll dive on the floor for loose balls, take charges, defend whomever and then limp back to the bench when he has to come out.  Even if he's injured half of the time, that's the kinda guy I want in battle with me.

And he sinks 3's!

So now who takes the title in the NBA of best player without a ring or NBA player who needs a title for validation the most?

I say Carmelo.

I think Durant is next to get ring unless the Clippers somehow make it to the Finals.

Makes you wonder....if Derrick Rose hadn't gone down, would Miami be celebrating right now? The world may never know.

Good question.  Based upon what I saw from them in this most recent series, I'd say yes.  Based upon what I saw in the Indiana series, I'd have my doubts.

Remember, Bosh went down in the first game of that series.

Not sure even though I felt like Chicago had best chance to take down Miami.

True.  And he showed what a huge difference he makes.
