Nah, but my wife is planning on getting out there. To her it's like the Super Bowl of Shopping. Most older women get over that thrill with years but she still gets up for it.

I'm not a morning person. I've never in my life gotten up early to shop. And I doubt I ever will.

That said, there is a store I need to visit that is having a Black Friday Weekend sale. I'll go at some point on Friday or Sunday.

The only Black Friday sale I'm tryna make is Guitar Center, and that's because I need a hot deal on a keyboard. Then it's back to bed... unless I find said hot deal, then I'm sure I'll be practicing keys all day long.

Guitar Center sent me a postcard in the mail, that had a coupon and basically said you must get there on Friday morning to see all of the deals and instant rebates, etc. They better not be playin' with me. But the last holiday sale I went to of theirs was really legit.

I saw best buy's ad somewhere online. They had some good prices. If I had the money and the need for anything, I'd go, but I would not go early and wait in line for hours though.

Yeah, the walmarts around here are staying open all night, just to prevent another stampede like the one that killed a man a couple of years ago on black friday.

Best Buy had a 42 inch tv for $199. I saw the circular, but I didn't click to open it. The tv was on the cover.

Like LT, I'll probably stick with Cyber Monday (or my usual - December 26th... lol).

42 inch for $199? Dang, that's a good deal. People are probably going to be scrapping for it.
