What programs do you use to play sounds using Midi controller?

I actually have the Roland Fantom, Korg Triton, and Trinity Refills for Reason....in which i can take my Midi Controller and Mac to my church and play my sounds in substitue for a Keyboard

of course the obvious answer is Reason. but for me, I think it takes to much processing power to just play sounds

I use Reason 5 and it runs flawlessly, it doesnt take up to much power. I make my own combinators and switch between them during service and i still use my Roland Fantom on the Bottom and motif on top.

i use Reason 5 for my custom made combinators and i play the motif sounds along with it
