I use these:
Shure SE215I got them because they fit in with my budget at the time and they do a decent job. If I had a little more to work with I would have considered these:
Shure SE 315If you get them from GC spend the extra few bucks for the replacement thing.. Theyt are well made.. but when they fall out of your ear or you take them off and they fall to the ground and you step on them.. because you aren't used to them (ask me how I know this..) you will have to send them back to Shure.. and they have great customer service.. but if you have the plan go to where you got them or any GC (provided you got them from GC of course) and just replace them.
I am assuming you are going to or are already using Avioms.. which was why I got them.. they do the job. I still like to have a monitor in front of me as well though so I have a small 10" powered speaker that I use as a monitor with my Zoom B3 as a preamp.. That is what I use at church and for small to medium sized venues.
