good idea. I should also register it there at my Grandma's address and pay less insurance. 
I don't recommend that because of the integrity factor, but before my sister moved from NY to GA, she had her car registered at my grandmother's address in NC. She paid SO. MUCH. LESS than she would've in NY.
Then she got to GA and paid even less, but cried when she got that first ad valoreum tax statement in the mail. GA has cheap insurance but that doggone registration will cause you to sell your firstborn child just to pay a fraction of it... and still have to take a side job to pay the rest.
