So the coat room I was working in gets slow and after being on my feet all day I decide to sit down and talk to my co-voluenteer for a hot second. About 2 sentences in to the conversation, this person, with a leadership position, comes in and sees a big, young, black woman and a bigger, older black man sitting in the back of the room and two older, skinny white man and woman standing and waiting for customers. That combined with the fact that this woman really doesn't like me made her bust out laughing. The next time she saw me it was to ask me when I'd be in tomorrow, and she had a terrible time containing her laughter. Even though this made me dislike her even more it reminds me that I need to be aware of the scene around me so that if someone with some pull walks in, stereotypes can't be applied to me. (ADD ON: This was supposed to be in the CS thread but I don't feel like moving it cause I'm on my phone)
