It's at Greater Travelers' Rest (E. Dewey Smith) in Decatur. I'm going with a friend.

What was your experience like last year? My friends are lining up at like 3a, and I think I might be a little old for that kinda carrying on. I think the doors open at 6, so I'll probably get out of bed around 7ish. Just kidding... but 3a is a bit early for me....

Sister, it was there last year and it was an all day affair.  If your friend gets past the first round they will definitely be there until about 10 pm if not much later.  My sister in law didn't make it to the second round.  She went at about 7am and didn't get in front of the judges until about 6 or 7pm.  She did say she enjoyed the experience immensely and made many new friends through the fellowship.  People were singing all in the parking lot and praising Him from time to time.  It was something else but patience is of the essence for that audition.

I was the opposite. They told me my feet were pretty and that I didn't really need one. Don't know if that's a compliment or not for a guy, lol.

In other news, I'm comparing prices now for a Magic Bullet. I think I'm gonna order one! Yay! Still trying to determine which blender I want...

Can I tell y'all how amazing God is??? OMGness. I posted this on Friday afternoon, right? Do you not know that by Friday evening a friend had blessed me with a brand new Ninja? I only mentioned that I wanted a new blender on LGM, so there was no way for anyone else to know that I wanted one... but did I mention that God apparently reads LGM??!!!

Anyway, here's my new blessing, you know, even though NRC:





And I know NRC, but since I'm testifying, I thought I'd share that I finally joined #teamandroid. I'll have to find a thread where I can share that experience, because it was pretty funny. Apparently Blackberry now employs people to stand in cell stores and talk you into getting a BB or talk you out of getting rid of your BB. Apparently, Blackberry knows they're in trouble. As I told the nice guy in the store, instead of paying people to try to retain customers, maybe they should spend that money catching up to the rest of the world?

My homeboy's granddad is Wendell Scott, the 1st black race car driver, you might know the name if you ever seen Greased Lightning. Anyway, he is up for election into the Nascar Hall of Fame...I'm hoping you guys can submit a vote.

NRC, but I went to a new BBQ spot that opened up in Macon, GA called "The Smokin' Pig".  It's owned by the same company as "Ole Time Country Buffet" so I had high expectations for this place.  It is by far the best chain restaurant BBQ i've ever had.

...Oh, and I didnt know that when you use Debit to purchase gas (inside) and you dont pump it all, that you are supposed to go and get your change. Hmm, I wonder how many stations in Philly, Conshey and KOP went to lunch with my change?

NRC...but I'm trying to find tips to help improve my photographic memory. I want to be able to see any picture I choose in my head with as much detail as possible.
