Came across this clip on youtube and wanted to share it with my LGM Fam. This female is nice only been playing for a year and a half.....WOW!!!

I agree with what everybody else said... She sounds really good...nice fills but she needs to tighten her groove up just a little bit and blend a little bit more.  Otherwise she's definitely gonna be something serious.  Only after a year and a half...I look forward to seeing where she's gonna be after three years.

hey to all the comments thanks so much im the girl in the video thanks for telling me i need to tighten up my groove i will most def do that i been actually playing for 10 months but i started pecking with in august i was taking bass lessons at carlton but thanks to all yall with the help of the lord i hope t grow stronger in him ;D

lol man i practice so much till it dont make no since like my daily schedule is work practice church im really sincere about it and to be honest i never wanted to play the bass i just on day picked it and was like man im gone play bass and from there it went to here but its all God and i know this

Well, more like about 5 now, since tht video was from December 2010.  But yes, that shows how much progress is possible in a couple years.  It would be cool to see how she has progressed now.

at that rate she probablly picked up a few other instruments by now ... hopefully she stayed with bass though

That is the key. You will reap what you sow.. You are young.. no distractions if you choose to focus.. which apparently you have. Keep up tyhe good work..
Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.
