That is really cool Sam!!!!  I had to look 2x-without seeing it would be hard to guess those licks were on a wtd 88!!!!

One smooth player!

Is there anyway you could play the descending licks @ a slower speed or slow the camera down? The 1 st clip especially has some stuff i need to work on.

When you do this kind of run-how much are you using forearm vs finger strength especially on a wtd 88 and still sound smooth particularly on the ring/pinky?

I know most organists do the 123 fingering a lot ascending (runs),one of the finger deals I have been working on is to incorporate all 5 in descending runs.

thks!

When I play I use all my fingers, thats why I preach practicing scales in every key. My fingers are comfortable playing the notes most times and when I miss the first note I hear it and compensate while I'm playing. My forearm is held held at different angles dending on what technique I want to use. For organ its postioned low to to play left hand chords/ slides and bass runs. If I slowed it down you wouldn't hear the same effect since I don't plan when to do a slide until I'm playing. My runs are basic since I'm really a chord to pattern type of player.
