Taking My Talents to the Bay
« on: April 06, 2013, 04:32:11 AM »
Yep!  Sister Reno is leaving Reno!  Moving to San Francisco next month.  I don't have a job solidified but after much prayer and seeking The Lord, I am stepping out on faith.  I plan to attend a digital arts college there in the fall.  So excited!  Please keep me in your prayers.

LOL, thanks y'all.  I appreciate the well wishes!  Several jobs on the line, so I appreciate your prayers.  The latest development, is that I may be able to start school next month instead of in the fall.  God knows what has to happen for that to come to pass, so I'm walking and trusting... thanks again, fam!

Congrats to you, sis.  You're moving in the wrong direction but I'll talk to God about that.  ;) :)

Be well, be safe, and as always, I'm praying for you.

With a name like Nessa, how can you miss?  I hope California is a rainbow, and your new home is at the end of it.  God bless.

LOL, all you easterners!  Summah y'all need to head West!   Thanks for the love, I am really excited and looking forward to this adventure.  At the same time, a tad nervous... but hey, it's all part of the thrill!

You know, I actually found the church before I ever made any of the other related decisions.  I think the Lord knew that would have to happen.  I'm in SF on the weekends a lot, so I'm not a complete stranger.  The transition will be interesting, but I'm looking forward to being challenged on all fronts in new and amazing ways!

Uh, no. The time difference would mess with me.

Is that all?  You gonna let 3 little hours keep you away?

Those three hours are a HUGE difference.  And, in actuality, my wife would let the distance from her family keep us away.  :D
