Objective: Learn 1-4-5 progression using major chords.
Progression: 1-4-5 (C-F-G)
Learning to play in every key means learing the basic scale chords and their inversions in every key. Here's a good work out pattern to get used to chord in versions. You will count 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4...

Start in root position with every chord. The bass note is posted to the right of the chord notes so you can get used to reading chord charts. Once you have gotten use to playing the chords in their root positions, begin practicing using chord inversions.

This time start the first chord in root position then use the next closest inversion for the other chords.
Ex 1: Begin in Root Position.

Now start playing with the first chord in its first inversion and use the next closest inversion for the other chords.
Ex 2: Begin in 1st inversion.

Then you will play the first chord in it's second inversion and use the next closest inversion for the other chords.
Ex 3: Begin in 2nd inversion

Once you learn all of the examples play them in sequence.

Challenge: Play the chords with both hands using the inversions after you learn them as Chord/Bass.
