I need help with Tye Tribbitt's "Same God (If He Did It Before)"

We have a Youth group from Oakland coming to our church this Sunday and one of the song our band is supporting them on is Tye Tribbitt's "Same God". This is my first time playing the song but the only notes I can't figure out are the 2 notes at the 2:36-2:39 mark of this video. Help!!!
