I haven't been in this forum for a while, but I saw this video and had to post it.

Get some inspiration, and wait till the end for a good laugh  :)

Exactly! I try to tell young folks all the time. Not just bass players. Drummer and keyboardists that I have encountered tend to do way too much! Have to learn when to pull pack and just groove!
