what is the progression at 16:10? I think it is in the C scale ... and a few seconds before that he said 6 moves

I'm assuming 1-4-7-3-6-2-5-1

but thats more than 6 I keep getting lost while watching and my bass isn't here :(

so when playing in the pocket the optimal place for a lick is when the song changes from chorus to vamp or key changes? 31:00
