Here are the chords. This is my first go at this so bear with me lol.
Work In Your Favor- Hezekiah Walker     Key: F Major /Bass is before slash mark (A/?)

Intro: 3-4-6-2 Progression repeat 2x
A/ G,C,E,G ( Amin7)
Bb/ A,D,F,A (BbMaj7) OR A,C,D,A (BbMaj7/9)
D/ G,C,E,G (Cmaj over D) OR you can add the F/, F,G,C,E, (G7/13 sus 4 over D)
G/ F,Bb,C,F (C7 sus4 over G)

The lick after the intro is the C major pentatonic scale that you hear ever so often like in Grateful by Hezekiah as well.
Moderate Speed- C-D-F-G-F in both hands

4-3-2-1 Progression
Bb/ A,C,D,F(Bbmaj7/9) I Know
A/G,C,E( Amin7) You Been
G/ F,Bb,C,F (C7 sus4 over G) going through

Walk Up 1-4

F/ E,A,C (Fmaj7)
G/ F,Bb,D (Gmin7)
A/ G,C,E ( Amin7)
Bb/ A,C,D,F And You

D/ F,G,C,E,C  Don't Know
2-5-1 Progression

G/ F,Bb,C,F OR F,A,Bb,D(Gmin7/9) What
C/ E,A,Bb,D ( C7/9/13) to do

Same 1-4 walk up

F/ E,A,C (Fmaj7)
G/ F,Bb,D (Gmin7)
A/ G,C,E ( Amin7)
They play little licks after each chord

Bb/ A,D,F,A-- Flick G to A the back to G (A-G) I see
A/ G,C,E,G Flick D to E then F ( E-F) You're at the
G/ F,Bb,C,F ( Eb-E) End of your rope
Lick E-Eb-D

1-4-6-2-5 Progression
F, Eb/ D,G,A,D (F7/9/13)
Bb,D,G/ C,F,A,C ( Bbmaj7/9/13) So hold on
D/ F,G,C,E,G To your
G/ F,Bb,C,F Last ounce
C/ E,A,Bb,D Of hope

5-1-4 progression REPEAT 3X
C/ Bb,D,Eb,F ( Cmin9)
F/ A,D,Eb,G ( F7/9/13)
Bb/ A,C,D,F It's gonna
A/ G,C,E Work
G/ F,Bb,C,F It's gonna work

Then after the C To F you do
Bb/ A,C,D,F
(Instead of the A in the Bass they go to the six to 2) D/ F,G,C,E,C
G/F,Bb,C,F

And that's basically the whole song you just repeat that 5-1-4 where they sing "it's gonna work".You also just repeat the intro when they sing "Favor"
The song modulates 3 times to Gb-G-Ab just repeating the same chords for the intro but just transposed up.

Here's also some passing chords you can use when you walk down the 4-1 you can use these to pass to G
Ex. Bb/ A,C,D,F
instead of playing an Amin chord you can play Gb,C in the left and F,Bb in the right at the same time ( Gbmaj7b5)
OR also in quick succession

Eb,A/ G,C ( Cmin6 over Eb)
D,Ab/ Gb,B ( Bmin6 over D)
Db,G/ F,Bb ( Bbmin6 over Db)
You can flavor the song more with these. I hope I was a help and hope God continues to bless you (:
Db,G/ F,Bb
