Phil Jones Bass amplification..........

Has anyone ever played one of these?  If so, how do you rate it?  The design has always intrigued me.  I like the Six Pack Combo on the website.  They're kinda high in dollar, but I guess that you're getting some serious engineering for your dollar.   Anyway, lemme know something.

i played through Mo's setup and it was banging.  You'd be surprised how crisp and clear those lil jokers get.  Sounds nothing short of awesome.  the low b is ridiculous and the response and recovery is unmatched.

He did tell me though "when I'm playing outside or on a bigger stage I need more umph and that's when I go for the 410 setup".
Somebody put me in the key of E#

played through a phil jones suitcase bass amp on sunday

It sounded great ... until I started playing my low B on my 5 string. Maybe I could've adjusted the eq to get a better sound but I don't like messing with other people's settings
