Haha!Do a Google search on "the Hendrix chord".That's what it is. I know it when I hear it, but I always forget it's proper name.
The "Hendrix chord" is a dominant 7 #9. But being that the chord in this example is a minor 7th, the #9 seems redundant; a #9 is en-harmonic to a minor 3rd.
