transposing!!

I play key f and find it hard transposing .. Just that I can't fathom which key my lead singer is singing.. Any help

F and Bb are neighbors. Bb and Eb are neighbors.Eb and Ab. Ab and Db. When I say neighbors, I mean they share many of the same chords and theres only a one note difference. Transposing using theory makes it easy. Practicing in those keys will make it comfortable.
