What is this guy doing?

Want to see if anyone can describe or say what this guy is exactly doing. It's at the very end around :41 mark. Its right after he says "ahh" when he makes a mistake. Sounds awesome. Sounds like a bunch of triplets. Thanks.

I can't tell you but you may want to download VLC player. I have been using it lately to slow down music and videos.

I think he's using his other RH fingers to do quick muted plucks maybe?
