Yamaha motif MX61 sounds

Our church has purchased a Yamaha Motif MX61 which has over 1000 sounds. I am still just learning to play and this instrument has the ability to do way more than I am able to do at this point. Can anyone tell me what piano, keyboard, and organ sounds that would be good for praise and worship.
I tried to layer and split buttons but I don't now how to make it work. It is brand new, right the box. I have the manual but I still need some help.
