What would be your top 15 love songs of all time?

Warning to those who be single among us.  The proceeding music has been known to invoke a spirit of passion.  However, if you are able to contain I'd like to hear from you as well.   I'm very interested to hear from the generation younger than me and the generation older than me.  My exposure will only span the late 70's to early 90's. I figure those in my generation will have similar songs or other songs that are in my top 112 but not on my top 15.  I'm also limited to R&B so for those who go beyond that scope, I'd like to hear from you. 

My top 15 based upon what I consider good musicianship, lyrics, and vocals:

1. No One In the World - Anita Baker  (this one may not be on the list of others but for me it goes far beyond my wife to a spiritual level)
2. Never in My Life - Cherrelle

3. How Can I Ease the Pain - Lisa Fisher

4. A Taste of Honey - Sukiyaki

5. How Deep is Your Love - Keith Sweat

6. Forever - Brand New Heavies

7. Somebody Else's Guy - Glennis Grace  (She not the originator and the lyrics are suspect but she knocks it out the park with vocals)

8. Happy - Rick James and Teena Marie (Could easily be no. 1 based on criteria)

9. Moments in Love - The Art of Noise (timeless)

10. Adore - Prince

11.  If This World were Mine - Luther Vandross

12.  My First Love / You Don't Have to Cry - Rene & Angela (I know about Avant but this is the one I knew)

13. All I Want is Forever - James JT Taylor & Regina Belle

14. Come Share My Love - Mikki Howard

15. With You I'm Born Again - Billy Preston & Syreeta

7. Just the Way You Are- Multiple artists (I like most every version I've heard)
8. The Closer I Get to You- Roberta Flack/Donnie Hathaway
9. Got to Be There- Jackson 5
10. I'll Be There- Jackson 5
11. All This Love- DeBarge
12. Forever, For Always, For Love- Luther
13. Have I Told You Lately- Rod Stewart
14. You Are So Beautiful- Joe Cocker
15. Let's Stay Together- Al Green

Not all of these are likely my top 15, but these are 15 of my all-time favorites that happened to come to mind.

I don't have a list,   but I just wanted to say that  ( since you mentioned Adore by Prince),   that  Sign of the Times  was one of the best albums I ever owned  ( of the secular nature).

Originally owned it on cassette tape and had to go and re-buy it on  cd.  I wore that tape out.

That Keith Sweat song was "Right and a Wrong Way".   I totally missed on Lenny Williams, "Cause I Love You".  I like the way he did that song with the music and they way he goes at hard then eases up.  I love that change of pace.  Secret Garden was a nice one too.   You'd probably like Chante' Moore - "Now that Loves Taken over".

Excellent Song

Brother, this one has it all.  When a song starts like that with the sax it catches your attention.  I've never heard this song before.  I thought he was singing about some woman at first, then halfway through he said "the things I use to do, I don't do no more and the places I use to go.....".  I was like wait a minute this song is Word inspired.  Then when he said seek and ye shall find, I was like this brother is sangin about God.

You have a few on this list that I haven't heard.  I'll have to check them out.  Thanks for posting.
