Sounds like Soca (which is based off calypso) but I don't play a lot of world beats. But that what I'm thinking.

The drumming rhythm used in that song sounds a bit different from the soca, actually. I don't know what you'd call it, though. I can play it but I can't name it. The kick on all four quarter note beats and the snare landing on beat 4 is the foundation. It's The syncopation of the hi-hats and other percussion elements that seem to be incorporating the soca rhythm, rather than the snare.
