SINGER ASKS TO PLAY FASTER BUT KEEPS SINGING SLOW!!!

I'm in church heated right now... No drummer, singer keeps asking to me play faster but keeps singing slow... To make it worse, the entire congregation has NO sense of timing  the same lady ALWAYS DOES THIS! then the congregation looks at me like I'm wrong. Wednesday night Bible studies sometimes man.... crazy.

Amen keyofB ....all musicians have seen this day ....LOL...Kys23 ...don't be mad...remember your attitude at the keyboard is just as important as your ability to play.  Keep your attitude as one of servant.  We (although I know some musicians who think differently) do not run the church or have anything to do with it's government. Our responsibility is to God (and the pastor, as helper to usher Gods spirit) so remember attitude is most important thing.  God is watching you... watching to see "How" (attitude wise) you handle the little things LOL ....be blessed

Thanks. Yea the spirit helps me stay humble and not create a big scene even though she does. I was slow to get angry 2 lol in fact nobody knows how much I hate that except her maybe. I've told her about it in a nice way but she just doesn't get it. Just one of those things I have to push through like you all said. But it is super annoying u feel me? I'm glad I'm saved or else I probably karate chop her right in the Adam's apple.  and snatch that tambourine from Mother Haywood, then walk out the door while they're still singing BLESS THAT WONDERFUL NAME OF, JE-e-SUS!

And yes women have Adams apples too lol
