...the us remains the only industrialized nation WITHOUT paid maternity leave.  I guess if your employer wanted you to have children, they would've issued them to you when you got hired.  This is yet another example that "work/life" balance is a myth.....propaganda used by your company's HR department to fool you into working your life away!  The corporation rules all.
