Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm online now!  Bassist in Japan.  No I'm not Japanese, I'm an American Vet.  Wife's in the USAF and I'm ministering the gospel through music.  I'm a writer, produce, Bassist, Drummer and new Keyboardist.  I'll looking forward to sharing ideas with you guys and gals.  I'm self trained on the bass.  Been playing since April 2001.  Just saw a need and picked it up.  My strength if I can claim one is my slap technich but since I roll with a 6 string, I want to learn more riffs and melodic bassin techniques.  My real strenghth is ministering the word of God but I'm waiting for my season (i.e.) David, something you just have to wait.  Anyway, if I can do anything for you guys/gals, hit me on the web.

Your riffs are available to whoever has internet access not just those who are apart the group.  I'm not sure if you knew that but yeah I could have just stole your stuff without even trying to hook up with you but I'm about a relationship.  I gotta go though, I'll talk to you Saturday morning you time if we don't do the e-mail thing before then.

...how can you steel...what is free?....though I sell stuff...I give away much more than I could ever sell...and the stuff that I do sell is impossible to steal...because it is not stored anywhere!....so unless you have a bootleg version...(I aint mad at ya!)  ....you haven't stolen at all.....anything that I post...any where is from the heart..and is availablable for people to download and store on their computer...it is all just a right click away...you will notice that it isn't right click protected or anything...

That's why I like you.  Your heart man!  I thought I was looking out for you but now I see it is from the heart that you post your stuff.  I've been working on 911 so you can here it when I call.  I've already changed my finger positions by watching you.  I use to really ignore my ring finger thus really crippling my diversity because I couldn't use my pinky.    

I'm not really sure how you do it but I hear those shadows and faints you add in between note that adds the rythm to your bass lines.  I just mute with my fret hand and play with my right.  What do you think?

By the way, since so much is free, I guess I'll have to go out and buy something.  God gives seed to the sower!  Congrats man1

..you've got it!...the muting with your left hand and constanly plucking with your right hand is what makes that funky sound....so this way you are making all of these percusive sound inbetween the notes...and it is a great idea to practice using all of your fingers...it will increase your speed quite a bit....cant wait to hear ya..
