This is the way I start off shouting music in Eb.

Start off with:
G/Eb-G-Bb-Eb OR G/F-B-Eb
Ab/Eb-Ab-C-Eb OR Ab/Gb-C-Eb
Eb 2x in RH only
A/Gb-A-C-Eb
Bb/G-Bb-Eb
Eb 2x in RH only
(repeat that as many times as u like)

Trick #1
After u play Bb/G-Bb-Eb run Bb,A,Ab,G with both hands
so it goes like this:
G/Eb-G-Bb-Eb OR G/F-B-Eb
Ab/Eb-Ab-C-Eb OR Ab/Gb-C-Eb
Eb 2x in RH only
A/Gb-A-C-Eb
Bb/G-Bb-Eb
Bb/Bb
A/A
Ab/Ab
G/G
(repeat as many times as u like)

Trick #2
I'm just going to show it to u. It is mixed with trick #1.
G/Eb-G-Bb-Eb OR G/F-B-Eb
Ab/Eb-Ab-C-Eb OR Ab/Gb-C-Eb
A/Gb-A-C-Eb *play this chord 2x
Bb/G-Bb-Eb
Bb/Bb
A/A
Ab/Ab
G/G
(repeat as many times as u like)

Go into shout:
G/Eb-G-Bb-Eb OR G/F-B-Eb
Ab/Eb-Ab-C-Eb OR Ab/Gb-C-Eb
A/Gb-A-C-Eb
Bb/G-Bb-Eb
C/Bb-E-G-C *stretch chord OR C/E-Ab-Bb-Eb
Db/B-F-Ab-Db *stretch chord OR Db/F-A-B-Eb
D/C-Gb-A-D *stretch chord OR D/Gb-Bb-C-Eb

Go into shout #2:
G/Eb-G-Bb-Eb OR G/F-B-Eb
Ab/Eb-Ab-C-Eb OR Ab/Gb-C-Eb
A/Gb-A-C-Eb
Bb / Ab-D-G
C / Bb-E-A
Db / B-F-Bb
D / C-Gb-B

LH run: Eb,G,Ab,A,Bb,C,Db,D,Eb
RH basic chords: Db-Gb-Bb, B-F-Ab, Bb-Eb-Gb *back & forth

Here it is together:
Eb,G/Db-Gb-Bb
A,Ab/C-F-Ab
Bb,C/Bb-Eb-Gb
Db,D/C-F-Ab

Trick/Run:
Instead of playing those chords with RH do this run
Eb,Db,Bb,A,Ab,Gb,Eb *start high and go down
Eb-Ab-C *play these two chords after the run
Db-G-B

Another run for RH only:
Gb, F, Eb, C
OR
high C, F, Eb, C
(play each continuously)

When you want to end a shout run, instead of just stoping, you can play the "Go into shout" chords or you can try these chords out:
Eb/Eb (ocataves in RH)
Gb/E-Bb-Eb
F/Eb-A-Eb
Bb/D-Ab-Eb
Eb/Db-G-C-Eb
(repeat as many times as you like)

This is what I do at my church. I hope this helps someone. One!!!

what hand is right and which hand is left.  I'm learning from my MOM and he plays chords with right and runs with left.  Do you have shouting music like that?
